I've been selecting drawings out of my drawing notebook and working up different ways they might move , how they might animate and interact. I drop the drawing into Flash ,animate, kick the .pngs into GameSalad and generally go back and forth trying out different things till I get something working smoothly. It's a fun way to come up with little toys...not a game yet, but I hope that some kind of game play will present it's self....
