I don't know what that means, you say you want a green box with some type on it, so I was suggesting you make a green box and place some type on it . . . not sure what images have to do with this ?

You can't add images. I think it's an HTML type formatting kind of thing, something like is described in this link: http://itechtriad.com/articles/2014/3/24/guide-to-formatting-your-play-store-description
