Problem with buttons and starting game on touch anywhere... once again

I have 4 buttons on the screen and also a rule so when you touch anywhere, the game will start. But when I click any of the buttons, I don't want the touch anywhere rule to apply. How can I make this work. Ive tried everything it seems, and I still can't get it.
