This will never ever happen. Microsoft charges about USD 8000 for you to even publish an update to an existing game that you have already published on their network.

yep never going to happen unless sony / xbox do some better deals for indies wanting to publish to their platforms.

i think @dgackey had mentioned when the gamepad support was released that if enough people started creating quality games for the FireTV, it would give them some ammunition to bring to other marketplaces to say "look what our guys are creating".

So, i think a good way to get the ball rolling is to create some awesome games with gamepad support!
