Game freezing when using the 'pause- change to ad scene -unpause' Ad method (Chartboost)

Hey guys. So my new game Orb Absorb was released this morning on the App Store, and a few of my friends have been testing it out. They said that every now and again, When an ad is supposed to show, their game crashes (which is strange because my adhoc was fine). Im using the single scene method where you pause the game, go to ad scene, where an unpause actor is waiting to take you back to the initial scene. I have a feeling that it is these multiple quick scene changes that are causing the crashes (the devices can't cope with it). Does anyone have any idea what to do about this? Thanks! :)

    Gonna bump this, cos it still a big issue thats now got a lot worse. The game isn't crashing where the Interstitial Ads appear, but its freezing. So i die three times, then the loading wheel appears, showing the scene change to the ad scene, but then nothing appears, then after 10-20 seconds the loading wheel appears again and it unfreezes. Im using Chartboost. I had a few reports of this happening yesterday, but i never experienced it. But now its happening to me every time. All my other games that use chart boost are all fine, its just my game, anyone got any ideas?
