Is there an easier way to copy actors and it's internal rules?

I have a scene where all the working are there, now I have another scene which will have the exact same actors in it, it's almost the same as the first scene but with some other functions. So, how do I copy all from one scene to another scene?

Just copy and paste the whole scene in the home menu. Hold alt/option and clicking drag it out.
