itunes connect not login

I currently could not connect to my itunes connect but was able to connect to developer account. I even changed the password and still could not connect. Are you guys having the same thing right now? Not sure if it's apple tech difficulty or I'm being hacked.
I also could not find the apple service to complain this. Can you guys link me an email to apple?

Yes, iTunes and many of apple services have been down for a few hours.
