spawn random actor every random time

hey,
i have 3 "hero" actors and 3 targets. all the actors placed in the screen (in the position that i want).
for now, i have move inside a timer for every "hero".
my question is how can i move random actor (1-3) in every random time and then, after the actor touch his target, the other random actor move again in random time.
in the spawn actor i didn't find solution... am i wrong? how to do that?
