Background objects moving at different speeds, help

Hi, I have two actors in my scene I want a window to move ( in the background) and some Egyptian columns in an upper layer , I want that when my actor hero moves to the right windows and columns are moved to the left to different speeds , how I can do ?, thanks

    Hi thanks to the jamie cross tutorial now the actors can move to the left but i don´t know how to do if my actor hero moves to the left and the other actors to the right, here is an image
