Open URL Behavior

in Working with GS (Mac)

I can get it to work with a simple URL such as www.google.com. If I try a more complex link it does nothing. Are there limits to what can be linked?

Here is and example of the URL I am trying
http://maps.google.com/maps?z=12&t=m&q=loc:37.054+-94.514
maps.google.com/maps?z=12&t=m&q=loc:37.054+-94.514

This is not an expression. This is a static link you can paste in your browser.

    Nevermind. I was not wrapping it in quotes.

    "maps.google.com/maps?z=12&t=m&q=loc:37.054+-94.514"

    works just fine
