Change actor position on another scene

Hi, I am new to GameSalad. I am creating a choose your character scene for my game and would like the character image on the Main scene to change when selected on the "character scene". Is there a way to change an actors on one scene by pressing a button on another?

There is but what you really need to do is change the value of a game attribute. That way both actors have access to that value and can either constrain an attribute to it or change an attribute depending on a rule condition.
