Make games for avery devices

Hi, is there possible to make a game for all types of Iphones and Ipad together. Like you know you need to make game with all of these configuration together for upload to appstore. You can't upload 5type of the same game only that you need configuration for Iphone 5, 6, 6 plus, Ipad mini, Ipad etc. How can i make all these configuration together in one game?
