Frustrated Android Developer! Please help! (Trying to set up testing device- zipalign issues)

I'm trying to test on Android, but I can't sign the APK! I followed all of the steps here: (https://help.gamesalad.com/hc/en-us/articles/202036493) up to where I need a signed APK. Then I went here: (https://help.gamesalad.com/hc/en-us/articles/202036503-6-8-Windows-Creator-publishing-walkthrough) to see how to sign an APK. When I tried to sign the APK, I got to here: (http://i.imgur.com/TzhdXyx.jpg). I click to find the zipalign, and get this: (http://i.imgur.com/VXC8Czj.jpg) but the zipalign is NOT there! Nobody seems to know how to fix it. Please help me get around this issue so that I can start testing on my device!

sdk __ build-tools __ then it will be in whatever the latest folder update you have ex.( 22.0.0 __ zipalign will be inside)
