Testing In-App Purchase (non-consumable) gets "You've already Purchased this. Would you..."

"like to get it again for free?"

When you press "OK" the in-app functionality on the button that previously worked, doesn't work anymore.

Any answers?

    It says "Thank You. Your purchase was successful. However, the "unlock game" attribute I set up doesn't change to "true."
