Mandatory demo account App Store

Hi all,
I'm trying to submit my first app to iTunes connect, and I need to set up a "demo account" for the Apple reviewers to be able to view the app. Since I use GameSalad, I can't use Xcode to make the account (which is what I assume to be the way that it is usually done). If anyone here has already submitted an app successfully, how do I create the demo account? Thanks in advance.
