Struggling with Amazon Game Circle - What am I doing wrong?
So my game sometimes posts scores to the Amazon Game Circle and sometimes not. Below is description what I do (with pictures). Can anyone see what am I missing here?
There are three test user accounts some work, some don't.
Let's play with MiniaturedWierdAnvil account.
After a new high score in GS I do Platform - Login and Platform - Post Score
Then I click show leaderboards in the game. In GS I do Platform - Login and Platform - Show Leaderboard
Great I (MiniaturedWierdAnvil in the score) made a new HighScore and it looks like it's there. (NOTE it does not show EarlyRitzyShavel's score)
But when I click Top 100, it's not there.
And when I check Amazon Dashboard Leaderboard, it's not there.
Users EarlyRitzyShavel and DrasticHairDude were posted with the same version, with that difference that DrasticHairDude was posted with same Android device.

I don't think you can use underscores in the ID avoid special characters is a start.

On this video tutorial from Damien (Gingagaming) it's specially mentioned to use underscores in the leaderboard ID.
(great video btw, thanks Damien)
Anyway I don't think the underscores are the problem here, because it works sometimes. If the underscores were the problem, it wouldn't work ever.
Ive had this problem before. Its an Amazon thing, I am almost certain. I tried and failed everything. I am not sure if Amazon limits the player as to how many High scores they can post, to prevent flooding but if you beat your old score, it should update.
Check again after 24 hours to see if it has updated.

@jigglybean I'll try that. Could it bee that the Amazon tracks the id of the devices and does not allow different amazon accounts to post from the same device? Meh, I'll just publish the game and see if players complaint about the high-scores. (Window's development style, let the users do the testing )
Yeah publish and see what happens. you can always check the leaderboard scores in your Amazon dashboard after

I hope high-scores works and it's just a problem with a dublicate accounts from same device.
