When i change from iPad portrait to iPhone in the viewer and refresh, my actors go down to halfway

Hello everyone, I'm not sure what this is, but when i go to game salad viewer and change from iPad to iPhone, my actors go downwards to about halfway, does anyone know why this is happening. I appreciate any help, thank you.
