Base SDK missing??

hey guys i just downloaded the iphone viewer 0.8.7 and when i open xcode to test my games, it gives me a build error sayig Base SDK missing. I also downloaded the new Xcode SDK 4 but i dont know what the problem is or how i can fix it. Any help,,Thanks
