Making walls drip and cause mayhem...

I would like to animate a wall so it will reach out and touch/drip on an actor when it passes by. It would also have a negative effect on said actor. It will not be noticeable until the actor is within a certain distance of it. How would I do this?

    A couple of ways springs to mind; one way could be to make your drip actor be spawned every so many seconds in position, fall with gravity, then on collision with your player, it'll trigger your negative effects you want that you'll have put in your Rules.

    When your actor hits an invisible actor spawn 3rd actor (drip) at position x y as I did with Tropical Totems for iPad
