What is your gamesalad scene color? It looks like your image isn't being stretched entirely or it may be that the size of the background image is different from the other backgrounds.

More that likely that box that you are seeing is the scene background. There isn't really a box there. It just looks that way because the image isn't covering it. The next step would be to find out what the size of the image is on the one screen compare to the others. There has to be some differences somewhere.

I changed the scene color .. look now, and the size is exactly the same
Have you changed the size of the scene dimensions? Compare the working scene vs the not working scene. Because the other scenes works correctly there seems to be something you neglected to do in this scene. Compared to the other scenes that is.

Basically the main screen has a scene size of the ipad but the levels have longer width.. does that effect the universal thing?? and does control camera effect it too?
I don't believe the height of the image would be affected by the width. But if the scene height is larger this can have some effects. I would tell the background to move up a few pixels when the screen size height is less than an ipad.
