Any way to automatically see if your app made it to the special lists?

Hi all!
I recently released my first iPhone game
( http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/castaway-jelly/id380534079?mt=8
*squee!*)
ahem. Anyways, I was wondering about all of the lists on the App Store - New and Noteworthy, Made for iOS4, What's Hot, What We're Playing, etc)

Is there anyway to know if your app made one of these lists besides simply manually scanning them? I'm assuming there has to be something set up somewhere..

Thanks!
-Jenna

I can't answer this as I'm yet to get my first game up - however I wanted to say hi as I haven't seen you before and notice that with the name "Jenna" you're clearly another girl :D

    Hurrah!

PS - Our names are surprisingly close, mine is Gemma; people constantly spell it with a "J".

Pretty sure you just have to manually search each store. That's what I did, anyway... made new and noteworthy and what's hot in US, Aussie, NZ and UK... probably others too... made $27!!!

Just keep an eye on your sales when you see a big jump it probably means your featured somewhere.

I wish that was true. Both my paid apps have been featured with hardly a nudge in sales.

*waves* Hi Gemma! I only poke around the forums every once in a while but it's always nice to meet another female game developer, not too many of us :)

I'm pretty baffled that Apple doesn't give you some sort of heads up when your app has made a list. Well, looks like I'll be spending a lot of time on the App Store now!

The appannie.com website seems to highlight such activity on their charts, but I don't think it catches everything. Commove was featured, but I didn't see it listed on the chart.

How did you do that hyperlink thingy with the word Commove.

appannie.com is a great site that I use, but I don't think there's a way to notify developer about their app being feature "YET"

    There's an app for that??
