Submitting apps without snow leopard?

Hi,

Has anyone yet tried submitting an app without having snow leopard? Did it get accepted? I'm talking about a recent sumbission not from one a month ago because it was just until recently that I heard you now needed to submit with snow leopard.

    I think this has to do with having to use the latest version of Xcode only, which'll only run in Snow Leopard.
