App video preview distortion

Hey guys!

I'm getting extremely frustrated with the app preview video size requirement and I hope someone could help me out.
In itunes connect, the size of the video for ipad should be 1200x900. I can't figure out how to get that size on a video and have no distortion.
Is it even possible?
Any suggestions?

    @Dues

    I use AppShow. It will make each size video for you.

    Will check it out. Thanks for the tip.Since I have to import my captures in to iMovie, the output is 1920x1080 and my video gets all stretched because the dimensions does not match. Ideally I would like to be able to crop the video to get no distortion.
