Quite possibly the broadest question asked in the history of the GameSalad forums... right up there along with "how do I make a game?"

    Can you be more specific?

    ;-)

    Ok...
I want the floor to be tiles. Could i make them using sketchup by using a thin 3d square?
i want the character to stop when he touches walls. Is there any easy way to do this instead of just have to add collide rules to every one of them?

    any help would be appreciated.

I've just rememberd a game that would explain it perfectly.
search 'classroom 3' and get to the dark stealth level.(password:fisherlike)
I'm looking for level areas like that.

If anyone would take the time to check that out I'd be EXTREMELY happy.

Actors with collides is the way to go. Only way... I think.

Oh and yes, as long as you can convert your google files to png files for GameSalad (it may support others but I use png files).

If you are going to have a lot of walls, it would probably be better to make a background graphic with the walls drawn, and put invisible "wall" actors with collide behaviors and set to Not Moveable placed over top of the walls in your graphic.

How would I convert to png. Files? (sorry)
And I would just tick collide on my moving actor?
A preset sandbox art with invisible Walls...
    That would make things easy.
    Thanks for the support!

Should I create the sandbox's(levels) in photoshop?
It would be very convenient for me.
