Forced universal Binary

Hey all!

I've taken a few months off from GameSalad trying to dabble a bit in XCode. I'm back now with a new game idea that I would like to see on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

My question, before I get started, is will Apple allow me to make 2 identical games at different prices, one on the iPad and one on the iPhone/iPod Touch? (I ask before I've had apps rejected before in xCode because of this.. they MUST be universal binary. I wasn't sure if games are the exception).

    For the iPad version, I'd just change the menu around a lil and add a couple features, maybe an extra level or two, or even a powerup or something.. So their not totally identical, because if they are, they probably wont get approved, but because of the differences in apple testers, it could go through, but theres no fersure answer :)
