Purchase Condition on Widnows Nightly Builds (Pro Users)

Hi I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the Purchase condition that is available on the Windows Nightly Builds. It's a rule that says "receives a purchase: ______________ for: _______________"
The first blank, the user has the option to select "any", "confirmation", "failure", or "cancellation."
The second blank, the user can select any of the rows from the PurchaseTable.
Are windows users supposed to be using this Purchase condition as opposed to the IAP behaviors? My IAPs are not working and I am wondering if I should be using these. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The purchase condition was used by the old IAP system, and is currently being kept for backward compatibility. Please use the new IAP behaviors if possible.
