Problem with account

hi , ive had a problem with my previous account because i could no longer post in these forums.
when i tried it said: bb error or you are going to fast.
anybody can tell me why?

    Not sure what might cause that particular error. However, the account problem should be fixed now.

    nope , but this time no error comes up... but it doesn't post either....
