Wierd audio volume issue on startup

Ok so i have my attributes for sound on/off saved and loaded on startup so it remembers the users preference, however when my game starts, the audio still has volume even if the volume is set to 0.

The sound on/off attribute, as well as Music/Sound Volume are both verified to be 0 using display text, and the volume button displays correctly but the sound is still audible. Pressing this button twice correctly mutes the sound.

Any ideas? Is it possible to detect if audio is playing based on something other than setting a custom attribute?

    This is happening to me as well. It doesnt seem to register the first time. Launch the app again and it works fine.

    Danger Cats! and Stunt Squirrels! both have this bug.

    so annoying.. i've run out of ideas on how to load the attribute and check it.. maybe if you load the attribute, and use two timers to change to the opposite, and then back again before the sound starts?.. I'm going to try that tonight..
