How to advertise your game?

Hi,

So I am planning to pay for advertising my game with chartboost (or similar), is it possible with gamesalad-made games?
How to do it?
My game has in-app-purchases, so is it possible to pay only for users who buys stuff in my game? Such as pay-for-install.

    I just strap 2 sandwich boards to my front and back, then streak down the streets
