Guys for those who live in the US .. if i am working on racing car game is it permisable to use car logos on the cartoon cars like BMW, Mercedes Benz ..etc or that will be considered infringing on their rights, anyone has any thoughts experience on that?

    No, its not ok to use it without permission.

    You will be infringing on their rights.
