Some basic questions

Hello everyone

It would be nice if someone could give me answers to these questions. :)

  1. What resolution i should chose if i am going to make a game for android mobiles and tablets?
  2. If i've made my game for mobile android device, do i have to recreate the whole game to transfer it to a tablet or IOS devices?
