Touch and hold at scene change causes app to freeze

Having an issue with freezing. Bug has been hanging around a while.
Touch and hold the screen at scene change causes app to freeze sometimes and flicker/vibrate violently.
Noticed this a while back, complete a level and if you are still touching the screen at scene change the app can freeze. I thought my problem was an isolated one, but i can achieve the same result with others games just by touching the screen at an in-appropriate time when a scene changes.
