App submission...new releases

Couldn't you just completely reject you app, add a new one with the exact same binary and then it will go back to the top in the new releases?

    I'm guessing Apple would catch that. Also, you'd need to change the name of the game/binary as the other would have been taken... which would piss off all the people who'd previously bought it under the old name!
