Can i publish my game in app store by using gs(pc)pro?

Can i publish my game in app store by using gs(pc)pro?
Or the only way to publish in app store is to make the game in gs(mac)pro?

    You can only publish to App store(as in apple), if you own a mac. There is no other way around it. You can use macincloud (google it) which charges a small fee (I think they have a free trial you can use) and they support Gamesalad which comes pre-installed, so you can just login
