Help me with the base of my game

Hello everyone! I would be a very grateful if you can help to create the base of my game.

The game is very similar to Piano Tiles (Don't step the white), but in my game the player is not allowed to miss the potato :smile:

See this picture in attachment. How can I make actors (potatoes) to appear randomly in three columns and accelerate?
