Logo and icons needed for website [PAID]

I'm in need of a logo and some icons for a new website I've been putting together. I've let it sit on the back burner for too long and feel motivated to get it finished up!

What I know for certain I require:

  • Logo
  • 16 smallish icons

I'll be expecting AI project files preferably, or PSDs if necessary.

The logo is the most important thing - the icons I'll only be getting done if the price is right and affordable. The website will be entirely free for people to use, so I can't pump too much money into it.

If you're experienced making themes for Geeklog, then even better - it would be great if I found someone who could really help to shape the look of the site as a whole.

Please PM me your portfolio and rates. I'm going to be pretty picky about this, so please don't be offended if I say no. A logo portfolio is a must.

This is, of course, paid work. However, I'm also open to considering someone who wants to use it as an opportunity to develop their skills and expand their portfolio, or someone who just wants to donate some time to helping to make a great new resource for the community.
