Actor appearing in Preview but not in the arcade

in Working with GS (Mac)

I have an actor(similar to the other actors in my scene) whose image does not appear in the scene when published on arcade. The functionality is there, but I can't see it. I can see this actor in the preview mode. This is making it very hard to trouble shoot the problem. I am testing in Firefox.

Any insight or suggestion are welcome.
