Best Way To Make Cutscenes?

I was wondering if you guys had any good way to make cutscenes in GameSalad. I was thinking to make my cutscene and save it as a video file and convert it to a GIF on these online converters. Then, have an animate behaviour with all the frames of that GIF.

How would you guys make a cutscene?

If it can be created using Gamesalads behaviors and rules I'd recommend building it right in the engine. Gamesalad is fully capable of creating animations, not just games. Gamesalad doesn't do video and unless your animated Gif sequence has very few frames it's likely to not run well.
