About custom loading wheel

in Working with GS (Mac)

May i know where can i modify the loading wheel? I have bought the PRO version ( it's on another account ) but i don't see any option to modify the loading wheel.

Where can i find it?

    You have access to it when you start the publishing steps in the GS publishing portal.

    ok thanks. but i am wondering why i don't have the game center features ? i had logged in to my pro-registered account.

    Game center features are in the behavior box in the creator
