Chartboost account is locked

hi everyone, about a month ago i got a random email from chartist stating "We noticed invalid activity on some or all of your Chartboost apps that is in violation of the Chartboost Terms and Conditions.

Your publishing capabilities have been turned off and you will not be receiving payment of your earnings balance.

If you believe there have been no violations on your account please respond to this email with any information you think would help within 30 days."

i have replied to them to see what is going on, telling them i have done nothing wrong, which i haven't.

has anyone else had this problem as i would like to have my account back.
