Why don't I have the send table to URL feature?

in Working with GS (Mac)

I'm a PRO user, I've logged in with my Pro Account, I have the other pro features and I have tried to find it on both mac and PCs.
I looked in the pro behavior section and the normal behavior section, but I have no idea where it is. I'm updated to the latest version so that shouldn't be the problem.

    In the project home change the multiplayer dropdown menu to My Own Server then they will show up under network behaviors.

    @BlackCloakGS - I have 1.24.5802.25480 now and still dont see where to do this in the windows version...? Can you post a screenshot?
