I'd suggest taking some time to learn the basics of GameSalad, then try to work out how you want your football game to work. Then once you get stuck on a particular aspect of it, try asking about how to solve that particular aspect. Posts as broad and vague as this one are really not going to get you very far.

That's an impossibly broad question.
"How do I paint a football game?"
"How do I stage a football game?"
"How do I manage a football team?"
"How do I train as a football player"
All are equally difficult to answer
