Scaling Pixel Art

So, I have been searching the forum about scaling pixel art so it does blur.

What I do so far:

• Make pixel art in Pixen
• Export as .png
• Open up in gimp

Confused what to do first or next:

• Image > Scale Image > input #'s > Scale (I scale from image because it scales both the canvas and the image)

• Filter > Enhance > Antialias

• Still comes out blurry.

Are you scaling by nearest neighbor or Bicubic?

Running bitmaps through an anti-alias filter will make the bitmap 'blurry'.

I am just scaling the whole image. I don't even know what nearest neighbor or Bicubic is. I'll read up.

EDIT: I got it. I just changed the interpolation to none. Thanks again
