Windows Store Promo Codes

I wasn't sure where this would go. So figured here is as good as any where. So getting promo codes from reviewers & friends is pretty straight forward in iTunes Connect. But what about the Windows Dev Centre? Is there even a way to get promo codes? I can't seem to find anything... and Googling is a mess that just brings up discounts and codes for the store.
