So maybe you have a need to implement probability controlling into your game. For example...lets say your game has a bunch of balloons in it. The goal is to pop balloons before they float away. Let's then say you want the balloon to have a probably of 1 in 10 to be a GOLD balloon which offers a bonus.

So how do you easily implement the probability for that balloon to be gold?
