How to get Date & Time?

I have my high-scores displaying/loading/saving working fine, but I want to add the date&time to each score record. What do I do to get the current date & time?

    It is my understanding that the device date and time is unaccessible by GS. GS is a self-contained sandbox and cannot talk to some device elements.

    Hopefully date and time access will be accessible in a future version of GS.
