Is this possible?

Sorry the title isn't more descriptive, I really don't know what to refer to this as.

I don't THINK it's possible but still wanted to ask;

I'll use Farmville as my example here because it is well known.

Is it possible to create an app where someone plants crops then X hours later they are ready to harvest?

Or is this not possible from GS as the app would be closed in the time between planting and harvesting?

Let me know please - I know it probably isn't, but I'd still like a definite answer. :)

    If they stayed in the app for the whole time...then, yes. Otherwise, no*.

    *Unless GameSalad's implementation of iOS 4's multitasking allows the app's processes to continue running while the app is not active. If that were true, the your game would be iPhone 4 only.

    I don't think it's possible, but something like
    Timer" After xxx seconds" Spawn actor or sth like that :)
