A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found?

Hey there!

Upon finishing the app signing process, I obtained the .app file for my game. I attempted to add this file to my iPhone in the devices windows in xcode 6. After trying the load for a few seconds, the following message came up: A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found. What does this error mean and how can I go about fixing this error?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I tried doing that but the same problem occurs :( This only happens with the apps that I make with GameSalad and not with the ones that are directly coded in Xcode.

    Solved the problem! Woohoo!

Turns out, I made an app store distribution provisioning file and tried to use that to transfer the .app file onto my device to AdHoc test the app rather than making an AdHoc distribution provisioning file and using that to AdHoc test. No wonder it couldn't find the provisioning file, it never even existed in the first place.

Thanks for the help hoomann, I appreciate it

    Cheers.
