iOS Apps missing after installing gamesalad game
This may be an iTunes issue, but anyone else experienced non-gamesalad apps going missing after installing gamesalad games on their iOS devices via iTunes?
Here is what happened:
I created a development provisioning profile to cover several iOS devices. After signing my game, I dragged and dropped the .app file into iTunes on my dev machine. Seeing the new devices, iTunes it asked me if I wanted to authorize this computer for the content on them since they had been synced to other computers already. I clicked 'no' and continued to install the app. The game installed fine, but later I got an earful for somehow accidentally deleting two different apps- one off of an iPhone5 and the other off of an iPad 2. I don't think anything has been deleted from my iPhone 6 that was already synced to this computer
After the fact I realized I probably should have installed via Xcode but I think I tried that and it didn't work for some reason.
Do you guys think it is possible that by not authorizing my computer to use the content, iTunes would have deleted anything on the devices that required authorization?
Thanks,
Isaac

I figured it out. Word to the wise- do not install through iTunes- use Xcode instead. iOS Devices can only be synced to one computer via iTunes at a time.
don't sync to itunes for anything, unless you are forced to sync
