Has anyone tried deleting all of their provisioning profiles and just restarting?

I am fed up with getting error messages and "signer not valid" messages, I have about had it....

Just wondering if anyone out there has done it.

    Yes, several times. It doesn't hurt to start all over. What is annoying is the sheer number of certificates and provisioning files and knowing what goes where. It's all so needlessly complicated.

    Note this folder location for provisioning files:
    <user>/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles

    Delete files from there (deleting from Xcode may not remove the files from your drive), and from your device in Settings/General/Profiles.

    I find it helpful to keep original provisioning files in a folder for easy access (no need to redownload from Apple every time).

    how many pp's and certificates do you have?
